Agentic AI Lead

• You have a higher professional (HBO) or academic (WO) level of working and thinking
• You have several years of experience with AI engineering and/or intelligent systems, preferably with LLM applications and agentic AI
• You are familiar with frameworks and patterns for multi-agent systems, tool integration, and context management (e.g., retrieval, function/tool calling)
• You have experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and with MLOps/evaluation
• You can clearly explain risks, limitations, and ethical considerations to stakeholders
• You are a strong communicator, provide direction, and are accustomed to coaching teams
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (C1 level)

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,100, gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As an Agentic AI Lead at Sogeti, you provide direction for the deployment of autonomous and agentic AI. You combine deep technical knowledge (LLMs, multi-agent systems, orchestration) with leadership and strategic insight. You translate ambitions into scalable, responsible applications that deliver demonstrable value in production, both within Sogeti and at client sites.

Within Sogeti, you are part of a strong AI & Automation (AI&A) community where craftsmanship and knowledge sharing are central. You work together with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, architects, and consultants. You are given the space to delve into topics such as AI architectures, evaluation & governance, and secure integration with enterprise systems. • Determine the architecture and frameworks for agentic AI solutions (LLM choice, context, tools, security)
• Translate strategic goals into robust use cases with clear KPIs and risk management
• Lead multidisciplinary teams; ensure delivery, evaluation (A/B, RAG-eval), and ML/MLOps
• Act as a conversation partner with colleagues regarding governance, ethics, and compliance, and turn guidelines into concrete implementation
• Actively contribute to presales, demos, solution designs, and thought leadership within Sogeti
