The role

For our location in Harderwijk, we are looking for a BE Driver. As a driver at Bidfood, you ensure that our foodservice deliveries arrive neatly, completely, and on time at the customer. You are the trusted point of contact on the road and on location. You visit various delivery addresses in the region, such as catering, schools, and sports canteens, and ensure professional service and correct delivery every day.

What you'll do

Your day as a BE Driver in Harderwijk
You start early, around 05:30 AM. You begin your workday at the branch by picking up your keys, having a short chat with colleagues, and a cup of coffee. After that, you load the goods together and set off to your first stop. As a BE Driver, you drive your route in the region and deliver orders to various customers.

No two days are the same on the road. Sometimes you deliver the order personally and coordinate briefly with the customer. Other times, you already have a key and deliver independently, placing the products neatly and as agreed, for example, in the refrigeration. Back at the branch, you carefully complete your trip, report any specifics, and ensure that the vehicle and the crates are tidy and in order again. This way, you are home in time for dinner. In doing so, you work closely with planning, the loading coordinator, and customer service. Hours are negotiable and occasionally you work on Saturday, with a day off during the week.
