Are you a natural leader with a sense for kids' fashion and the ability to make a team grow? As Store Manager at NAME IT, you are ultimately responsible for your store and team. You build an environment in which colleagues develop and parents and children feel welcome. You combine people skills with commercial insight and ensure that your store shines every day. With us, you get the freedom and responsibility to make a real impact, on the results, the team, and the store experience. Together we OWN IT.

What you'll do

This is what your workday looks like
You are visible on the shop floor, helping parents and children find suitable outfits, and you lead the team towards customer experience, sales, and results. You set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure structure and a positive working atmosphere. You switch effortlessly between staff scheduling, recruitment, store administration, stock control, and visual merchandising. You ensure that the store looks well-maintained and inviting, and that colleagues know what they are working towards.

Experience as a leader in retail, preferably in fashion.
Leading, coaching, and motivating a team on a daily basis.
Commercially minded and sharp on the overview, even during busy moments.
Result-oriented coaching, with strong communication.
Customer focus is in your DNA, as is a sense of style and presentation.
You have a sense for kids' fashion and the world of NAME IT.
You are flexibly available, also during the busy periods on weekends and other peak moments.
