Retail internship (BBL/BOL) - NAME IT
MBO level 2, 3 and 4

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF NAME IT!

Are you looking for an internship where you truly participate on the shop floor and learn how service, (kids) fashion, and experience come together? As an intern at NAME IT, you will become part of a warm and dedicated team where you will be guided in one of our stores by experienced colleagues. With us, you will get the freedom and responsibility to make an impact in styling, store presentation, and service. The content of your internship varies per education level and we will align it with your school assignments, learning goals, and ambitions. Together we OWN IT.

MBO level 2 & 3
During your internship at level 2 or 3, you will learn the basics and depth of the retail profession by actively participating on the shop floor. You will have a lot of customer contact and help parents and children find outfits that match their style and the occasion. Additionally, you will support cashier activities, help with receiving and processing goods, and ensure a neat and organized store presentation. You will learn how the store operates daily and how service, involvement, and cooperation together ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

MBO level 4
If you are doing your internship at MBO level 4, in addition to participating on the shop floor, you will also actively work on the commercial and managerial side of the store. You will gain insight into KPIs such as turnover and conversion and learn how these results are analyzed and adjusted. You will contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly planning, support the creation of schedules, and translate figures and analyses into concrete action and improvement plans. In this way, you develop skills that suit a coordinating or supervisory role within retail.

We are a recognized training company and offer internships for both BBL and BOL.

We offer internships for the following programs:

• MBO level 2 - Retail employee (25808)
• MBO level 3 - Retail specialist (25899)
• MBO level 4 - Retail manager (25807)
