The role

Are you ready to apply your leadership in a store full of color, energy, and engagement? As Assistant Store Manager at NAME IT, you will work together with your team to create a pleasant store environment where colleagues can grow and parents and children feel welcome. You combine people skills with commercial insight and ensure structure, overview, and a positive atmosphere on the floor. With us, you will receive the freedom and responsibility to truly make a difference in the team, the store, and the experience. Together we OWN IT.

This is what your workday looks like
You coach colleagues on customer experience and help parents and children find outfits that suit their style and the occasion. You also support the daily management of the store. You coach colleagues on the floor, monitor KPIs, and ensure a clear division of tasks within the team. You switch smoothly between staff scheduling, store administration, visual merchandising, and stock control. Meanwhile, you help parents find outfits that suit their children and the occasion. At the end of the day, you ensure everything is tidy for a fresh new day.
