Salary in accordance with FWG 55 of the ZKN collective labor agreement: €4,043 to €6,058 gross per month based on 40 hours, excluding holiday allowance and year-end bonus.
An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and a holiday allowance of 8%.
A contract with a view to permanent employment.
160 vacation hours and 72 PLB hours per year based on a full-time employment of 40 hours.
Possibility to obtain a POS certification or post-anesthesia training via Bergman Clinics.

Work as an Operating Room Assistant in our clinic in Hilversum and contribute every day to safe, high-quality care. You will work in a modern clinic where treatments take place in areas including skin care, eye care, and women's care. In addition, you will receive a high degree of autonomy, work with experienced specialists, and benefit from regular working hours within elective care.
As an Operating Room Assistant, you ensure that surgeries proceed safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. Thanks to your expertise, medical specialists can perform their work optimally and clients receive the personal attention and quality they can expect from Bergman Clinics.
You instrument, assist, and retract during outpatient surgeries.
You support the medical specialist in positioning, disinfecting, and draping the patient.
You check the surgical schedule in advance and ensure that instruments, materials, equipment, and patient data are fully present.
You check and manage the operating room and prepare medical equipment for use according to applicable quality and safety requirements.
You actively participate in consultations and contribute to the further development of the quality of care and the organization.
