BDO's Transfer Pricing practice is part of Tax & Legal and helps organizations worldwide with optimizing and managing their transfer pricing strategies. In an ambitious and close-knit team, you will work on strategic issues for (inter)national companies and larger family businesses.

As a Junior Consultant Transfer Pricing, you will dive directly into practice and receive broad training within the field. You will work closely with colleagues and learn to truly understand organizations: from their business model to their international value chain.

You will become part of the nationally operating transfer pricing team and work within a fixed sub-team. This allows you to get to know your colleagues well while simultaneously giving you the space to grow professionally. You will work together on challenging projects for (inter)national clients, during which you will be continuously guided and challenged to further develop yourself.

Our transfer pricing team is active from the BDO offices in Amstelveen, Rotterdam, and the South region. Your location will be Rotterdam, where you will work from the FIRST building, directly opposite Rotterdam Centraal. This is what you will be doing, among other things:

• Mapping out customers' business and value chains;
• Performing economic analyses and benchmark studies based on financial data;
• Collaborating on advice regarding intra-group transactions and pricing;
• Supporting the implementation of this advice in practice;
• Preparing transfer pricing documentation such as master files and local files.

Additionally, you will regularly sit at the table with clients and quickly develop into a fully qualified advisor.

• a (nearly) completed master's degree in tax law, tax economics, economics, or a comparable study;
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience, for example as a working student or starter within Tax or Transfer Pricing;
• interest in international taxation, economic analyses, and financial data;
• the combination of curiosity about AI with critical thinking skills. You utilize both to improve quality, efficiency, and client value;
• a good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• an accurate, eager-to-learn, and proactive working attitude.
