Greenery Management and Maintenance Internship

• You are following a HBO or WO degree in the direction of greenery maintenance, civil engineering, built environment, technical business administration, or land and water management and are available for a period of 5 months (almost) full-time for a working internship; 

• You manage the Dutch language at a good level, both spoken and written;

• You take initiative, are curious, and dare to ask questions;

• Preferably, you possess a driver's license;

• You enjoy performing various tasks and like to be out on the road.  

• You receive an internship allowance of €507,- (MBO) or €600,- (HBO) gross per 4 weeks. Converted, that is €550,- (MBO) and €650,- (HBO) gross per month for a full-time internship;

• An internship position where you are truly part of the team. No fetching coffee, but contributing to projects that have a visible impact together with your enthusiastic team;

• Good guidance. Your permanent internship supervisor will teach you the ins and outs of the profession;

• Space to learn and grow. We help you develop, both technically and personally;

• Chance for a follow-up within the organization. Many interns stay for a graduation assignment or start later as a junior.

As a trainee in Greenery Management and Maintenance, you will get the chance to be involved in all aspects of greenery management. Whether it concerns small or large projects, you are ready for the challenge! Within greenery provision, you can work in various areas, such as calculation, work preparation, and execution. Additionally, you will possibly conduct advisory meetings with clients such as Municipalities, Provinces, and Rijkswaterstaat, and participate in tender teams.

An example of a project you could work on is, for instance, the project on the A27 or the N210. Additionally, we are currently paying a lot of attention to development and expansion, such as making our equipment more sustainable.
