B&A carries out social work through project organizations in large and medium-sized municipalities and advises governments, non-profit and public implementation and industry organizations on the social domain. For B&A, the guiding principle is: Every person is good at something. No person is good at everything. Everyone is (fully) worthy. At B&A, we work from optimism, with a healthy desire for change and in the conviction that a solution exists for every problem. It is a fast, agile, and organic organization, where no two days are the same and improvement and innovation are always pursued. The people of B&A strive to be both a safety net and a trampoline for the people they work for. Down-to-earth, solution-oriented, and result-oriented, and collaborating in the complex world of siloed interests, barriers, and service desks, the doers and thinkers of B&A are committed to all residents of the neighborhoods in which the organization is active.
