📄 You will start with a one-year contract with a view to permanent employment
💰 Grading in scale H; depending on knowledge and experience, you will receive a gross annual salary between € 77,000 and € 128,000 (36 hours, incl. 13th month and holiday allowance)
⏰ 36-hour work week, working days in consultation (e.g., 4x9)

As Data & IT Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for shaping, managing, and continuously optimizing the data and IT portfolio. You operate at the intersection of strategy, business, and technology, ensuring that investments demonstrably contribute to organizational objectives.

You translate strategic ambitions into a coherent and value-driven portfolio, making trade-offs based on business value, priorities, risks, and capacity. Within an agile working environment (e.g., SAFe), you ensure focus, alignment, and predictability.

Additionally, you connect management, business, and delivery teams, stimulate collaboration, and contribute to the further professionalization of portfolio management within the organization.

• You translate strategy and organizational goals into an integrated data and IT portfolio with clear priorities and dependencies.

• You design and monitor the portfolio process, including governance, decision-making, and agile cadence.

• You drive value-driven prioritization and balance between value, capacity, costs, risks, and technical debt.

• You support and guide employees and stakeholders in decision-making within a complex field of interests.

• You monitor progress and value delivery and report on this to management and the board.
