As a Rotating Intern, you will get the chance to work alongside experienced veterinary specialists in various fields, including internal medicine, radiology, surgery, emergency care, inpatient care, and imaging. All of this is under supervision, so you learn the profession in practice and can further expand your skills.

This offers you the chance to work in a progressive and dynamic environment. In the evenings, nights, and weekends, the primary care emergency post for emergencies from the surrounding area is also located in our building.

• Wide range of cases: Due to our large number of referrals, you will deal with a varied caseload and interesting, challenging pathologies. You will be given the space to sink your teeth into these cases and gain valuable experience.

• Training opportunities: You will follow an internal training program and receive continuous supervision from experienced colleagues, so you can continue to develop further.

• You have completed a veterinary medicine degree and you speak the Dutch language.

• You are available from May 2027.

• You have a passion for companion animals and the ambition to further develop yourself in secondary veterinary medicine.

• You are eager to learn, flexible, and have a proactive attitude.

• You have good social skills and can communicate well with both clients and colleagues.

• A temporary appointment for 14 months, with an average number of working hours of 36 hours per week.

• After the period ends, there may be room for extension, depending on your performance and the availability of training positions within our organization.

• You work according to a rotating schedule and contribute to the services for both primary and secondary care patients.
