You have solid experience in electrical engineering and know how to lead a team towards results. You're able to set priorities, value clear communication, and take ownership of the quality of work. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges together with your team.

As a Lead Electrician at Alewijnse, you’ll be part of the construction of exclusive superyachts at our client’s shipyard in Rotterdam. You’ll supervise a small team and ensure that all work is carried out according to planning and quality standards.

You'll work on large-scale projects featuring complex systems such as entertainment, navigation, and communication technologies. Together with your team, you'll be responsible for the installation of a specific area of the yacht - for example, the engine room or the sundeck. You'll maintain oversight, bring structure, and apply your technical expertise. You'll be both technically involved and responsible for coordination - a role where you truly make a difference.
