The role
What you'll do
- Bring the right vibe by making customers feel immediately welcome and enthusiastic in the store.
- Give clear style advice by helping customers find frames that suit them and sharing handy style tips.
- Share your knowledge by explaining the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits so that customers can make the right choice.
- Pay attention to every detail by grinding lenses, adjusting frames, and delivering every pair of glasses in perfect condition.
- Make every sale personal by helping customers choose the right lens upgrades, coatings, and extras so they find exactly what suits them.
