The role

What you'll do

  • Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
  • Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
  • Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
  • The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and HACCP standards
  • Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Share the story behind our menu and give recommendations to guests, and be aware of the procedures regarding allergens.
  • Take pride in your workspace by maintaining the coffee bar and surrounding areas according to the cleaning schedule, company and HACCP standards.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, as well as food safety procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when necessary.
  • Use the till system for taking payments and customer orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues or complaints.
  • Be an active member of the team and help with other tasks when necessary.
