The role

YOU WORK FOR WE®

As an Instore Visual Merchandiser, you ensure that our collections are showcased to their full potential. You create an inspiring shopping environment by presenting window displays, displays, mannequins, and POS material according to the WE® guidelines.

Together with your Store Manager, you look at commercial opportunities on the shop floor and translate these into strong visual merchandise solutions. Additionally, you inspire colleagues in the field of visual merchandising and contribute to a consistent shopping experience for our customers.

At WE®, you get the space to further develop yourself within the profession. Through coaching, training, and practical experience, you learn how to translate commercial insights into strong store presentations and develop yourself step by step as a visual merchandising specialist.

And of course, you give every customer a warm welcome and advise them on the latest trends.

Where you make an impact:

You have an affinity with fashion, styling, and visual merchandising and get energy from an inspiring shopping environment.
You bring the necessary knowledge through an education in the direction of fashion, styling, or retail, or in another way that prepares you for this role.
You have already gained some experience with visual merchandising, styling, or store presentation and want to further develop yourself in this.
You see commercial opportunities and know how to translate them into an attractive store presentation.
You take initiative, enjoy working together, and like to involve colleagues in your ideas.
