The role
As a Senior Experimentation Specialist within Vodafone Base Marketing, you are the expert in experimentation and digital analytics. Curious and entrepreneurial, you improve customer journeys and increase customer value and loyalty. You work on important journeys surrounding renewals, add-on products, and services. You translate customer insights into experiments for a better customer experience and lower churn. As a senior, you further develop our culture and the testing program and coach colleagues. In doing so, you work on, among other things, server-side experimentation, app experiments, and the validation and optimization of AI-driven customer solutions. In an agile environment, you work together with marketers, developers, designers, and journey leads. Together with more than 10 passionate Experimentation Specialists, we form a community in which we continuously share knowledge and regularly organize fail parties. Our way of working has been honored with the Experimentation Culture Award: by experimenting and learning, we keep getting better.
