The role
As an Assistant Store Lead in the VodafoneZiggo store in Groningen, you will be fully engaged with customers, sales, and your team. You will conduct customer conversations yourself and help customers with solutions that truly suit them. Together with the Store Lead, you will ensure the day runs smoothly and work towards great sales results. Is the Store Lead away at some point? Then you will take over the daily leadership in the store. You will coach colleagues, provide feedback, and help new colleagues get started as a buddy. You will also think along about how the store can get a little better every day. Do you see an opportunity for more sales, better service, or a smarter approach? Then you will get to work on it. This way, you have a direct influence on the success of the store and get plenty of room to grow yourself.
