Insights Specialist Performance Improvement Change-Cable Damage and Network Maintenance

Within Performance Improvement Change, you work on a smooth customer experience when customers place an order or need a technician. As an Insights Specialist at VodafoneZiggo, you focus on cable damage and network maintenance. You are responsible for the data, reporting, and management information in this domain: from KPI definitions and dashboards to the monthly narrative behind the figures for the MT. You measure the performance of our cable damage partners, and ensure that those figures are accurate and explainable. Additionally, you dive into customer processes and technician performance, identify the causes of trends, and turn insights into concrete improvement actions. You help to see signals earlier and make processes more predictable. In this way, you work on predictive analyses, Machine Learning models, and AI applications for complex issues. You work independently within your multidisciplinary team and communicate frequently with various stakeholders.
