As a Service Technician Installation Technology Residential Construction, do you want to ensure that residents can rely on a perfectly functioning installation from day one? At Van Hoften Installatietechniek, you are responsible for commissioning, checking, and optimizing installations in new-build homes. You work independently, visit various residential construction projects, and contribute directly to quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Service Technician Installation Technology Residential Construction, you will work within the Service & Aftercare department. You ensure that installations function optimally and resolve any service inquiries quickly and professionally. Thanks to your technical knowledge and eye for quality, you deliver every home with perfectly working systems.

Your responsibilities include

• Commissioning and setting up installations in new-build homes.

• Checking heat pumps, ventilation systems, and water-side installations.

• Technical and hydraulic adjustment of installations.

• Resolving service inquiries and complaints within the warranty period.

• Performing checks and inspections after completion.

• Collaborating with project teams, site managers, and work planners.

• Contributing to a high quality of handovers and satisfied residents.

• An education in Mechanical Engineering or Installation Technology, or the willingness to pursue one.

• An accurate and structured way of working.

• A service-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.

• The motivation to further develop yourself.

• More than 45 years of experience within residential construction.

• Involved in approximately 2,000 new-build homes annually.
