At Hillsafety in Alphen aan den Rijn, we are looking for a Security Systems Planner who maintains an overview, thinks ahead, and gets energy from creating structure. You are the silent force behind our projects: thanks to your planning and preparation, technicians can get to work safely, efficiently, and without hassle.

As a Security Systems Planner working alongside work preparers, you will work on diverse projects within security technology. From burglary protection and fire alarm systems to camera surveillance and access control. You ensure that materials, people, and appointments align perfectly. In this role, you are the connecting link between the office and the field. You communicate daily with technicians, suppliers, and customers, ensuring that every project runs smoothly. A role with responsibility, variety, and visible impact.

As a Security Systems Planner, you ensure that everything is correct before the work starts on-site.

• You work within a close-knit team of colleagues in the office and in the field in Alphen aan den Rijn

• Planning installation and maintenance work

• Preparing work orders, materials, and project documentation

• Coordinating technicians and external parties

• Monitoring deadlines, budgets, and customer appointments

• Working with Syntess Atrium for planning and administration
