As a Maintenance Technician Housing Management, you will be on the road daily to private customers. You will receive your daily schedule from our planners and head out independently. The focus in this position lies on preventive maintenance of, among other things, central heating boilers and air conditioning units. This includes minor and major maintenance, replacing parts, cleaning water filters, and replacing compressor switches. You will also increasingly work on sustainable installations such as heat pumps, allowing you to continuously develop yourself within modern technology.

You will visit many different people. Therefore, we find it important that you are not only technically strong, but also service-oriented. You know how to speak to customers kindly, explain clearly what you are doing, and ensure that installations function perfectly again. The beauty of this position? You get a lot of freedom in your work. You will be traveling independently in a modern company van equipped with, among other things, air conditioning, a reversing camera, an automatic transmission, and park distance control. Additionally, you will work with high-quality professional tools, so that you can perform your work well and enjoyably.

• Overtime allowance of 128% - 184%.
