The role

Are you an electrical installer who enjoys working on varied electrotechnical projects? As an Electrotechnical Installer at Veldhuis Installatietechniek, you will work on new construction, renovation, and sustainability projects. You will install electrical installations, connect systems, and ensure that everything works safely and reliably. You will receive your own work van, professional tools, and plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself. Whether you already have experience as an electrical installer or want to grow within the electrotechnical field: at Veldhuis, you will get the space to showcase your craftsmanship.

What you'll do

As an Electrotechnical Installer, you are responsible for the installation, assembly, connection, and testing of electrotechnical installations. You will work on diverse projects within new construction, renovation, and sustainability. No project is the same, and that makes your work as an electrical installer varied and challenging.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that electrical installations are delivered safely, professionally, and according to schedule.

Your responsibilities include

Installing and assembling electrotechnical installations
Pulling and connecting cabling and installing cable trays
Installing switching equipment, lighting, and power systems
Assembling and connecting distribution boards and electrical components
Checking, testing, and commissioning electrotechnical installations
Reading and applying technical drawings and electrotechnical diagrams
Identifying and solving technical problems during execution
Collaborating with colleagues, foremen, and other professionals on the construction site
Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment

As an electrical installer, you are an important point of contact on location and you represent Veldhuis Installatietechniek. With your technical knowledge, independence, and eye for quality, you make an important contribution to the success of every project.

What do you bring?

You have an affinity for electrotechnics, enjoy working with your hands, and derive satisfaction from installations that function well. You can work independently, but also find it pleasant to bring projects to a successful conclusion together with colleagues.

Do you already have experience as an electrical installer? Then you can apply your knowledge immediately. Are you still at the beginning of your career or do you want to further develop yourself as an Electrotechnical Installer? Even then, we would love to get in touch with you.

In addition, we request:

A completed MBO education in the field of Electrotechnics
Experience as an electrical installer or Electrotechnical Installer is a plus
Technical insight and a practical, solution-oriented attitude
The ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
An independent, customer-oriented, and collegial working attitude
A VCA certificate or the willingness to obtain one
Driving license B
