Lead Technician in the Netherlands

Are you an experienced E and/or W technician and would you like to share your knowledge with others? Are you looking for more challenge and responsibility in your work and perhaps have the ambition to grow into a construction supervisor? Then the position of lead technician is really something for you.

What exactly will you be doing? Of course, you will continue to perform hands-on work on-site, but in addition, you are responsible for the execution of mechanical and/or electrotechnical installations within our challenging projects. You coordinate the daily activities, monitor quality, and adjust where necessary. Additionally, in consultation with the project manager(s), you determine the deployment of technicians on the various projects. In short: you are the internal and external point of contact, and with your capabilities, you know how to complete our builds without any outstanding points!

You have a versatile role and no two days are the same. Your tasks include:

• supervising (apprentice) technicians;

• ensuring the correct inflow and outflow of materials;

• coordinating matters with the client, co-contractor(s), and subcontractor(s);

• performing quality controls on installations;

• identifying and monitoring extra or reduced work;

• establishing final drawings and providing data for revision drawings;

• monitoring the progress of the activities.

• MBO 4 working and thinking level (acquired through experience);

• all-round knowledge and experience in installation and/or electrotechnics;

• experience in a supervisory and/or coordinating role.

• a one-year contract with a view to a permanent contract;

• a contract of 32-40 hours; working 4 days is no problem for us;
