The role
The Installation Service department team is growing! Because of this, we are looking for an independent installation technician for sustainable technologies. Do you love variety during your work, can you work well independently, and do you like to immerse yourself in the latest technologies of sustainable installations? Then read on quickly!
What you'll do
Your duties are very diverse. Think of installing boiler rooms to making small commercial buildings and private homes more sustainable. One time you are installing PV panels, the next time you are installing a heat pump or cooling installation. As a team, we always strive for a satisfied customer.
Additional information
Your duties as an installation technician include:
the independent installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical engineering installations;
the periodic checking of the quality and functionality of various installations.
What do we expect from you?
In addition to being able to work well independently, loving variety in your work, and having a passion for sustainable technologies, you recognize yourself in the following:
you have at least an MBO level 3 diploma in installation technology or experience with installation work;
you can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG);
you are customer-oriented and possess communicative skills;
you see problems as challenges and therefore enjoy solving them;
you are proactive, like to think along, and take new initiatives.

The Installation Service department, part of Installatiebedrijf G. van Dam, is involved in creating new, small-scale installations and performing modifications on existing installations.
We operate in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and plumbing, for both business and private customers. Our work is very varied; think of installing heat pumps, air conditioning, solar panels, or central heating boilers. But we also work in large technical spaces on heating installations, install (emergency) lighting, fix leaks, and perform roofing and zinc work.
