• A salary appropriate to your education, knowledge, and experience within the salary scale of €3,200 - €5,550 gross per month on a full-time basis;

• 30 vacation days based on full-time employment;

As an experienced VvE manager, you know what is required to manage an Association of Owners (VvE) well. At vb&t, you get the space to make a difference in that regard. You manage a challenging portfolio, build sustainable customer relationships, and maintain control. In doing so, you are not alone: you work together with specialists who support and strengthen you.

As a Senior VvE Manager, you see through the dynamics within Associations of Owners and (re)cognize the diverse interests, complex issues, and administrative challenges.

• Complex VvE portfolio: you independently manage a portfolio in which administrative, financial, and technical issues converge. You oversee the whole, set priorities, and maintain control.

• Advising at a high level: you are a sparring partner for VvE boards regarding important decisions concerning major maintenance, sustainability, finances, and future-proof real estate management.

• Control and responsibility: you look beyond the daily operation, signal risks and opportunities, and ensure that advice and decisions are actually converted into results.

• Dealing with diverse interests: you move easily within complex administrative relationships, know how to manage expectations, and bring parties together, even when interests clash.

• Your expertise counts: as an experienced professional, you are a substantive point of contact for colleagues, share your knowledge, and contribute to the further professionalization of our services.
