Requirements
What we're looking for

Completed bachelor's or master's degree.

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, IT program management, or Quality Assurance.

Demonstrable experience with Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control within IT programs;
-
Understanding of risk management.

Ability to critically assess the quality of programs and challenge existing approaches.
-
Strongly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
-
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Willingness to travel, including internationally.

Experience working in complex organizations with multiple senior stakeholders;

Ability to manage daily client communication professionally and persuasively;

Proactive mindset and the ability to contribute to commercial discussions and client development.

What you'll do
Your new job | About your key responsibilities
In this role, you will play an important part in strengthening our clients during large-scale IT transformations through Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). You will focus on the quality and risk management of IT transformations by applying a risk-driven, data-driven, and quality-oriented approach. You will work in multidisciplinary teams and challenge program management and steering committees. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of IT transformations to ensure consistent and high-quality results. This position offers you the opportunity to operate at the heart of our clients, where quality, innovation, and transformation converge and where your advice makes IT transformations a success.

Performing independent Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control reviews on IT transformations, focusing on risks, governance, methodology, and the effectiveness of controls.

Challenging program approaches with a risk-based perspective and a professional critical attitude, and ensuring alignment between risks, controls, and audit activities.

Supporting the implementation and execution of quality frameworks, QA reviews, and quality gates within audit engagements.

Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area of quality and translating these into concrete recommendations for audit teams.

Acting as a quality-oriented sparring partner for program teams and (senior) management and supporting them in delivering high-quality and defensible transformations.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT transformations from a quality perspective.

How you'll work
Amsterdam
Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas: a vibrant place where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, as many as 1500 people are welcomed every day upon arrival. This High-Tech environment brings clients and colleagues together virtually from around the world.

Within this role, you will perform QA and QC activities in the context of large-scale transformation programs and complex control environments, where audit quality is crucial for successful change and implementation. At our clients, you will work on, among others:

ERP implementations and system transformations (for example, migrations to new core systems or integrated platforms).

Outsourcing arrangements and third-party service delivery models, including shared service centers.

Large-scale IT transformations and digital change programs.

Complex IT landscapes with multiple systems, interfaces, and data flows.

Regulatory-driven change processes.

Within EY, we work closely with IT engineers, organizational experts, and other specialists to ensure that transformations at our clients are executed according to the highest standards.
