What we're looking for

You possess at least an HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking
You have a clear affinity with sales, technology, or customer contact – experience is a plus, but we find your drive even more important
You burst with energy, are socially strong, and dare to take initiative and seize opportunities.
You communicate effortlessly in both Dutch and English
You work in a structured manner, learn quickly, and know how to set up and improve processes efficiently
Relevant experience within the markets and technology areas in which TOPIC is active forms an important plus in the assessment of candidates

You know exactly where the opportunities lie and secure challenging consultancy assignments for our engineers
You build sustainable relationships with clients and ensure they enjoy continuing to work with us
You spot new opportunities effortlessly: you actively approach prospects and clients via telephone, email, and LinkedIn; networking is in your DNA
You qualify leads sharply and translate these into valuable appointments with clients
You keep our CRM system tight and up to date, so that we always maintain overview and control
Together with marketing, you continuously think about how to make our lead generation campaigns even more effective
