As an Independent Working Chef, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking buffets and à la carte menus, and for looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurant.

As an Independent Working Chef, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for both our buffet and our à la carte service. You organize your daily activities efficiently, monitor stock levels, and order ingredients when necessary to ensure the kitchen continues to run smoothly. Additionally, you play an important role in mentoring House of Hospitality students during their internships. By sharing your passion for cooking and your professional expertise, you help them gain valuable practical experience in a professional hotel kitchen.

You always work according to the applicable food safety and hygiene guidelines and keep your workplace clean and organized.
