As a chef, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking buffets and à la carte menus, as well as assisting and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurant.

As a Self-working Chef, you work independently or as part of a team and are responsible for preparing dishes according to hotel recipes or your own recipes. Additionally, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering food items and other stock replenishments. You oversee compliance with safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own work environment.
