Micro Electronics Assembler

• Completed MBO education, or knowledge acquired through work experience.
• You possess knowledge of IPC J-STD-001 or are willing to obtain it.
• Experience in assembling Micro electronics parts, including wiring and working with a microscope.
• Knowledge of LEAN production methods is a plus.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers and knowledge of the Windows Office suite.
• You characterize yourself as a true team player; you are energetic, eager to learn, stress-resistant, and structured, with an eye for detail.
• Do you possess fine motor skills due to the very high precision of the aforementioned processes through work experience or hobbies, and do you want to be further trained as a Micro Electronics Assembler?

You are responsible for assembling small Micro Electronics units according to technical drawings and procedures that are ultimately applied in radar systems. You are also responsible for reporting findings and consulting specifications and (international) standards in the designated systems. Soldering, gluing, and Wire Bonding are some of the techniques involved in this position.
