Technician

• MBO level of work and thought, preferably in a technical direction
• Knowledge of control technology, mechanics, and production processes
• Experience in maintenance and fault analysis within a production environment
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working

For our location in Venlo, we are looking for a driven and skilled Technician. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the continuity, safety, and efficiency of our technical installations and production processes.

As a Technician, you are the central pivot in keeping our installations and equipment technically operational. You ensure that everything functions safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing and documenting preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Analyzing, resolving, and preventing malfunctions in installations and equipment
• Installing, replacing, calibrating, and validating equipment
• Ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and processes
• Guiding external parties and supervising compliance with procedures
• Making improvement proposals regarding maintenance, reliability, and efficiency
• Carefully recording activities, malfunctions, and reports

You work closely with colleagues from, among others, Operations, Quality, and Engineering, and make an active contribution to continuous improvement.
