Senior Transformation Lead

• A completed HBO or WO degree;
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in (IT) consultancy, digital transformation, or organizational consultancy (e.g., Business & IT transformation, Business Process Excellence, Organizational Design, and/or (Agile) Portfolio Management);
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex transformation projects and programs;
• Experience with digital strategy, organizational, and operating model issues;
• Strong project and/or program management skills;
• Commercial insight and experience with client development (especially at a senior level);
• Strong in stakeholder management, also at C-level;
• An entrepreneurial attitude: you actively contribute to the team, propositions, and practice;
• Excellent communication skills, organizational sensitivity, and persuasiveness.

Organizations face complex challenges in the areas of digitalization, agility, and scalability. Think of large-scale IT programs, new operating models, process and chain optimization, and changing forms of collaboration.

As a Senior Transformation Lead within the Transformation Management practice, you help organizations guide these changes integrally: from strategy and vision to execution and assurance. You are responsible for successfully leading complex (digital) transformation and change programs and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

This role revolves around content, leadership, delivery, and collaboration. You are active in the field, managing teams and programs, and actively contribute to the further development of our consulting practice.

You work on transformation programs for clients in both the public and private sectors. Depending on the context and your seniority, you fulfill roles such as transformation lead, program manager, project director, or strategic advisor.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leading complex digital transformation programs and projects, from vision to execution;
• Translating organizational strategy into concrete initiatives, roadmaps, and program structures;
• Advising executive and management teams on digital strategy, operating models, and priorities;
• Directing and guiding multidisciplinary teams (consultants, client teams, suppliers);
• Setting up and monitoring project and program governance (scope, planning, budget, risks);
• Stakeholder management at a strategic level (senior management and C-level);
• Connecting processes, technology, governance, and organizational change;
• Ensuring that transformations are actually realized and have a sustainable effect.

Alongside your client work:

• You actively contribute to business development, proposals, and acquisition;
• You contribute to propositions, knowledge development, and thought leadership within Transformation Management;
• You coach and develop consultants within the practice.

You are an experienced transformation professional with leadership experience and a sense for complexity. You switch effortlessly between strategy and execution and feel at home in administrative environments.

Experience in multiple sectors and relevant certification in the field of change and project management is a plus.
