(Senior) Consultant Industry

What you bring
• A HBO or WO degree.
• 5 years of experience as a consultant within the Industry domain (specifically: utilities, logistics, or telecom).
• Project or program experience at organizations in the aforementioned domains. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make complex information clear.
• Affinity with technology and digitalization within the Industry domain.
• You have demonstrable experience with topics such as asset management, digital twin, and AI within the Industry domain. 
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• You speak and write Dutch well.

It is a plus if you also have:
• Experience with tenders, sourcing, or contract management.
• A network at organizations such as Tennet, Alliander, Enexis, Stedin, Prorail, NS, Schiphol, KPN, Vodafone, or similar organizations.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, SAFe, BISL, Lean, or ITIL.
• Security awareness or knowledge of risk management.
• Experience with data models, dashboards, or data-driven working.

• A permanent contract and a gross monthly salary between € 4,500,- and € 5,500,- based on full-time employment (40 hours per week);

About the role
This role is about substance, analysis, and collaboration. You move between policy, execution, and digitalization. You help clients clarify issues and implement improvements that truly work. You work in an environment with multiple interests and many dependencies, and you know how to provide direction within it.

What will you do?
You will work on projects and programs for utility, logistics, and telecom accounts—organizations in a dynamic and challenging context. You help clients with their digital and organizational challenges and ensure that advice is also actionable.

Your main tasks:

• You will work on projects at organizations such as Tennet, Prorail, Gasunie, or KPN.
• You analyze issues at the intersection of organization, processes, and digitalization.
• You advise on improvements in collaboration, governance, and execution.
• You support project and program management activities.
• You actively engage in stakeholder management.
• You contribute to digitalization and change initiatives.
• You assist with proposals, tenders, and quotes (depending on experience).
• You share knowledge and contribute to the professionalization of our team.

The commercial part is included, but the core remains: substance, collaboration, and results.
