We are looking for a driven leader with a passion for fashion and a big heart for customers and colleagues:

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Customer-oriented, commercially minded, and always looking for opportunities.
• Flexible, organized, and stress-resistant.
• Fluent Dutch (speaking and writing) – additional languages are a plus.

• Actively working on the shop floor and growing our turnover by advising, inspiring, and guiding customers.
• Coaching, training, and motivating your team to bring out the best in themselves.
• Ensuring a perfect store appearance and compliance with our merchandising guidelines.
• Performing operational tasks such as opening/closing the store, stock management, and administrative duties.
• Ensuring a flawless execution of the Maje Customer Experience.
