Marketing intern

At Sense Company, we are looking for a Marketing intern to come and strengthen our team.

This calls for someone who not only enjoys creating order, but is also curious about how content can be organized smarter, more consistently, and in a future-proof way. Someone who has a sense for language and structure, gets energy from digital tools, and wants to discover how content, AI, and marketing converge.

With us, you don't work on "just any marketing work." You help build a brand experience that makes organizations think: "How did we ever do this without it?"

As a marketing intern, you help us set up our digital content foundation more strongly, smarter, and more consistently. You ensure that our website and content environment look good, that information is presented logically and attractively, and that our content increasingly aligns with the way both search engines and large language models understand content.

You support the structuring, filling, and optimizing of content and think along about how we can organize this process more smartly. At the same time, you get the chance to get to know HubSpot better and, step by step, help build a scalable marketing approach since we are active in Europe (read: NL, BE, DE, Nordics, UK, and FR). In this way, you not only make a practical contribution to today, but also help build the foundation for our international growth.

• Supporting the filling, checking, and optimizing of content on the website and other digital channels.

• Applying structure to existing content and identifying where information can be presented more clearly, consistently, or attractively.

• Thinking along about how content can become more findable and more interpretable for search engines and AI systems.

• Contributing to the cleaning up, improving, and reusing of existing texts, pages, and content components.

• Gaining experience with HubSpot and supporting the smarter setup of content and marketing processes.

• Collaborating with colleagues from marketing, sales, and other teams to keep content up-to-date and relevant.

• Identifying opportunities to organize or simplify manual and repetitive work more efficiently.

• Supporting the monitoring of the quality and consistency of the online appearance.

• Gaining insight into how a fast-growing organization builds its content and marketing foundation for further international growth.

• Thinking along about new ideas and improvements in the field of content, AI, and digital tools.

32-40 hours

As an intern, you are someone who works accurately, enjoys creating overview, and gets energy from making content and processes smarter. You are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy discovering how technology and marketing reinforce each other. You feel at home in an environment where creativity, growth, and structure go hand in hand.

Furthermore, you bring:

• Currently pursuing a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in marketing, communication, commercial economics, digital business, media, or similar.

• Strong sense for language, structure, and online content.

• Curious about AI and digitalization and their impact on marketing.

• Accurate and structured, with an eye for quality and overview.

• Strong communicator and a team player.

• Proactive and always looking for ways to do things smarter or better
