Security Officer With Traineeship

• You possess a valid MBO 2 security diploma
• You have experience within security
• Good command of the English language

• Salary between € 17.37 and € 20.70 gross per hour (depending on your experience)

At Securitas, you will get the opportunity to start as a security officer at a dynamic location. In the first months, you will get to know the location, processes, and activities well. Will you show that you are confident, take responsibility, and maintain an overview? Then you will be trained towards the role of shift supervisor.

In this position, you remain active on the work floor and play an important role within the team. You support the Head of Security, act as a point of contact for colleagues during the shift, and help ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

• Participate in the daily operations
• Are the point of contact for colleagues during the shift
• Supervise the safety of employees, visitors, and goods
• Identify irregularities and respond to them adequately
• Support colleagues on the work floor
• Think along about improvements within the service provision
• Will take on increasingly more responsibilities within the team after your induction period
