You are able to switch quickly between tasks, think both analytically and practically, and ensure that we continue to perform at our best. Being visible on the production floor is an important part of the role, and you will work closely with operators, team leaders, engineering colleagues, and the planner.
What you'll do
Guide New Product Introductions (NPI) in production environments;
Manage and evaluate qualification and reliability tests such as HTOL, HAST, and Temperature Cycle;
Analyze test data to assess performance, yield, and reliability;
Troubleshoot at device, hardware, and software level, and perform root cause analyses on test deviations, yield drops, and product failures;
Provide technical support to production and test teams regarding product-related issues and analyze and resolve device, test, and process deviations;
Ensure smooth transitions to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM);
Act as the technical point of contact for customers and coordinate technical improvements with suppliers and external test partners;
Coordinate technical projects focused on test optimization, yield improvement, and product innovation, and prepare product release reports, characterization reports, and yield analyses.
