The role
As a (Technical) Project Leader, you are the driving force behind the successful execution of our projects. You oversee the entire process, from initial specifications through to the delivery of high-quality technical solutions, lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, and work closely with customers and internal specialists. You are the main point of contact and ensure everyone stays focused on meeting deadlines.
You manage project stakeholders, both internally and externally, and continuously align expectations, priorities, and decision-making. As requirements may evolve during a project, you maintain control over scope and its impact on planning, resources, costs, and risks. You regularly report on project progress (milestones, risks, issues, and actions) and visit customers when needed to discuss technical details and project status, ensuring everything stays on track.
What you will be doing in your role
Prepare project plans, including objectives, organization, working methods, schedules, and budgets.
Lead technical projects from start to finish, guiding the entire process from requirements definition through implementation, debugging, and final product delivery.
Analyze and manage projects in terms of budget, risks, organization, quality, information, and planning, while regularly reporting progress and findings to management.
Monitor quality, progress, and budgets, and proactively identify and address bottlenecks.
Coordinate the activities of engineering teams.
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
Build and maintain a strong and effective team where collaboration, communication, and engagement are key.
