Your role:
As a Support Hero, you will be part of our Operations Team. You are the bridge between our developers and our customers (such as store owners and chain headquarters), helping them with questions and issues in our system. This can range from resolving technical issues to providing support in using our software.

• Affinity and/or experience with technology

• Student

• Fluent in both Dutch and English

Office:
Our cozy office is located in Amstelveen, in the New York Pizza headquarters. Here, a young and ambitious team works hard together and celebrates successes. The office offers a motivated environment in which you can grow and learn.

Working hours:
Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM. Evening and weekend shifts can be performed from home, ideal for students!
