What we're looking for

MBO level 3/4 with a relevant technical education
Experience with bills of materials and order processing
Familiar with internal procedures and administrative processing of goods
In possession of an internal reach truck certificate (or willing to obtain this)
Able to functionally supervise apprentice mechanics
Accurate, eager to learn, and proactive

The role

Become part of Rotork – a global market leader in intelligent flow control. Our facility in Losser specializes in the development, production, and sale of manual valve actuators for the Oil & Gas, Water & Power, and Chemical, Process & Industrial sectors. Annually, we produce more than 100,000 customer-specific actuators.

We are looking for a practical, technically-minded Assembly Worker to strengthen our team. You will be responsible for the final assembly and packaging of worm gearboxes, with quality, safety, and efficiency at the center.

What you'll do

Plant activities in consultation with the Shipping Team Leader
Reads and interprets bills of materials, work instructions, and technical drawings
Checks availability of parts and packaging materials
Inspects painted parts and prepares them for assembly
Assembles mechanical components and provides products with correct labels
Packages products safely for worldwide transport
Submits products for final inspection
Picks materials from the warehouse if necessary

Visual inspection of paint and parts
Measures parts according to specifications
Maintains tools and machines
Works according to safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety regulations
Keeps the workplace clean and organized
