As a Consultant at BCG Amsterdam, you'll harness your expertise to drive projects, mentor colleagues, and shape strategic decisions. You'll serve as a core member of BCG's consulting team, collaborating with some of the world's top minds in strategy and management consulting. Lead workstreams and manage complex project modules, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Conduct sophisticated analyses to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

We are looking for experienced professionals (4+ years of industry or consulting experience) to join our Amsterdam team at consultant level. We welcome candidates from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds.
You don't need to have started your career in consulting to succeed at BCG - many of our consultants bring valuable experience from industry or research and go on to become thought leaders in their fields.

For digital strategy opportunities, we look for a broad skill set combined with a strong passion for digital and technology.
