Are you an experienced leader in (oral) healthcare and do you want to grow into a Regional Manager?

PUUR Mondzorg is looking for a Regional Manager in training for our dental practices in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe. We have 16 dental practices and a referral practice, including in Groningen, Leeuwarden and Drenthe, and we are continuing to grow.

Do you want to help practice managers grow and contribute to good dental care across multiple locations? As a Regional Manager in training, you will be given the space to develop into a Regional Manager. You will start with approximately five practices and grow along with a region of about 10 to 12 practices.

You lead practice managers and work closely with head dentists and colleagues from HR, Finance and Quality, among others. You discuss results, assist with personnel and operational issues and ensure that agreements are implemented. From the start, you will also supervise the integration of new practices and renovations: first under the guidance of an experienced Regional Manager or director, later under your own responsibility.

Together with you, we will create a development plan that aligns with your experience and ambitions. You will primarily learn by doing and will receive guidance where you need it. From month 3, you will make independent decisions within the mandate of a Regional Manager; larger investments and staffing changes will be coordinated with your supervisor until your appointment. As soon as you demonstrate that you have mastered the level, you can be appointed as Regional Manager. The goal is for you to be ready for a full region of 10 to 12 practices within 12 months. If you reach the level sooner, you can also be appointed sooner.

You will start at PUUR Mondzorg. PUUR is part of a growing national organization, allowing your role and region to further develop in the future.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thought and at least 3 years of leadership experience. Experience as a practice manager, location manager or team leader in (oral) healthcare is suitable.

• Experience in managing people, planning and discussing results; experience with multiple locations is a plus.

• You are curious, take responsibility and get energy from collaborating and improving.

• You have an affinity with dental care, are available for at least 32 hours per week and enjoy traveling between practices.

• A salary between € 4,200 and € 5,300 gross per month based on 38 hours (excluding 8% holiday allowance), with a recognizable salary step upon appointment as Regional Manager.

• A tailor-made development trajectory with guidance and the opportunity to grow into Regional Manager.

• A laptop and lease car, which you may also use privately.

• A varied role in which you are involved in practice management, integrations and renovations from the start.

• A temporary contract with a view to permanent employment.
