Sales Assistant in the Netherlands

Every day is different. From helping the handy DIYer to assisting beginners with finding the right products, from paint to laminate and from garden tools to the right screw. Additionally, you keep the store organized and attractive, build product presentations, operate the cash register, and spot opportunities to increase sales. Whatever you do: together with your colleagues, you ensure a smoothly running store in which customers feel welcome.

• You are customer-oriented and enjoy helping people
• You are proactive and see work that needs to be done without being asked
• You have good communication skills
• You can easily switch between interacting with customers and colleagues
• You are flexibly deployable, including evenings or weekends
• Affinity with DIY or gardening is a plus, but not required

• A salary in scale C (€ 2,476 - € 2,803 at 38 hours p/w, in accordance with the DIY sector CAO)
