Information Desk & Cashier Assistant 24-32 Hours Per Week

As a Mega Sales Support Assistant, you have a wide range of tasks. You will work alternatingly at the service desk, cash register, self-scan area, and the rental desk. The store is large, so something is constantly happening. You keep a cool head and switch easily between different tasks. What might that involve? One moment you are helping customers with questions and managing returns and reservations. The next moment you are busy with the rental of machines and tools, processing register payments, and keeping an eye on the self-scan area. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a service area that feels neat, organized, and welcoming. In this way, you ensure that customers walk out feeling good.

• You are customer-oriented and enjoy helping people;
• You have a proactive attitude and see work that needs to be done without anyone having to ask;
• You have good communication skills;
• You can easily switch between interacting with customers and colleagues;
• You are flexibly deployable, also in the evenings or on weekends;
• Affinity with DIY or gardening is a plus, but not a requirement.

• A salary in scale C (€ 2,476 - € 2,803 based on 38 hours p/w, in accordance with the CAO DIY sector);
