Floormanager

• You stimulate and coach your team;
• You optimize the department's turnover;
• Together with the team, you ensure a commercial store appearance;
• You safeguard our cultural values;
• You identify opportunities in the store and make proposals to the store manager;
• Naturally, you will also work on the shop floor yourself.

• You have experience in a commercial role within retail (experience within a DIY store is a plus but not necessary);
• You have completed at least an education at MBO 4 level (preferably in a commercial or technical direction);
• You are an example for your team;
• You are eager to learn and want to continue developing yourself.
