Pedagogical Staff Member | KDV Margriet Rotterdam

As a born adventurer, you know exactly how to let children grow and flourish through play. You create an environment in which they can safely dream, discover, and learn. And you know what is extra fun? As a pedagogical staff member, you are given the space to bring your own creative ideas to life. At Partou in Rotterdam, we are looking for you!

At KDV Margriet Rotterdam, you step into a warm, calm place where attention to the child is central. You will work in an atmospheric old convent building at Klaverstraat 52 in the Charlois district in Rotterdam, with plenty of light and space. This small-scale location feels personal and familiar, for the children and for you as a pedagogical staff member.

Inside, the spaces invite discovery, crawling, and those first little steps. Outside, there is a fenced playground with a climbing frame and slide, a sandbox, and a tea house where fantasy is given all the room it needs. For babies, there is a quiet area. Even in winter, we go outside and make snowmen together. The location is conveniently situated in relation to public transport, and there is the possibility to park (for a fee) nearby.

KDV Margriet offers daycare for young children. We work with a lot of individual attention, eat healthily, and are outside every day. Music and dance are part of our daily rhythm. As a pedagogical staff member, you will work together in a dedicated team that looks out for one another. You will see what your commitment means for children and parents, and you will feel every day why this work is so valuable.
