Locatiemanager | BSO Bonbon Boerderij and BSO Trefpunt Barendrecht

As a locatiemanager at Partou in Barendrecht, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

As a locatiemanager, you will work at two special BSO locations in Barendrecht, both with their own character and plenty of opportunities to make an impact. You will divide your time between BSO Bonbon Boerderij and BSO 't Trefpunt, working closely with the locatiemanager of the Bonbon Boerderij daycare center.

BSO Bonbon Boerderij, located on the Voordijk, is a unique and spacious location on a beautifully renovated farm. Here, children play daily in the large, green garden and get all the space they need to discover, move, and develop their talents. From cooking in the kitchen to being creative in the studio: no afternoon is the same. The enthusiastic activities team regularly organizes workshops and events, such as vlogging, archery, and mud days—a place full of energy and experience.

BSO 't Trefpunt, located in a characteristic and recently renovated building in old Barendrecht, is our newest pride. In this multifunctional center, you will find a modern, warm childcare setting where tranquility and activity come together. Children can relax in the relaxation corner, play together at the large table, or romp around outside in the green garden and on the adjacent playground.

In this role, you will lead both teams and ensure connection, quality, and further growth. You are visible at the locations and work together with colleagues on a strong pedagogical environment. You will work your hours spread over four or five days, with presence on Wednesday at the very least. A versatile role in two inspiring places.
