Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will help create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality and thoughtful service. Working across our Food & Beverage outlets, you will gain hands-on experience in a premium hotel environment while developing your service, communication, and guest relations skills. During your internship, you will:

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel genuinely valued.
Support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and events.
Prepare restaurant and meeting spaces, ensuring every detail is ready for our guests.
Take orders and serve food and beverages while creating memorable moments throughout their stay.
Work closely with the kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
Develop your knowledge of food, beverages, premium service standards, and guest relations.
Share creative ideas and identify opportunities to make every experience even more memorable.

You have a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.

You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
