• A gross internship allowance of € 750 per month.

In this position, you will learn everything necessary for a great career in the kitchen. You will prepare dishes according to recipes, and if necessary, through à la minute cooking activities. In doing so, you will pay attention to portioning and garnishing according to established instructions regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and presentation.
