As a Food & Beverage intern, you will be versatile across our Food & Beverage department. You are (co-)responsible for delivering a great experience for every hotel guest. After an induction period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments. You assist in service and maintain close contact with our guests, you prepare the restaurants and/or function rooms for the arrival of guests, and you maintain close contact with other departments; for example, with the kitchen, stewarding, and the front office. Additionally, with your "fresh perspective," you are always looking for improvements.
